Key Responsibilities:

Manage civil engineering projects from design to completion.
Develop site designs for commercial and residential projects.
Lead land planning, grading, and drainage design efforts.
Drive stormwater planning and secure development permits.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mentor and support junior engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on site development.
PE Licence preferred.
Strong proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D preferred).
Leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and clients.
Commitment to creating innovative, sustainable designs.
