Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil engineering projects including commercial and residential site design.
Collaborate with clients and the design team to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct grading and drainage design, stormwater planning, and development permitting.
Perform detailed technical analysis and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and expectations.
Provide mentoring and support to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design, grading, and drainage.
Proficiency with civil engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of local permitting processes and regulations is a plus.
