The Opportunity Overview


We are currently on the hunt for a driven and talented Structural Engineer in Training (EIT) to join this elite team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be part of a collaborative and flexible work environment that balances remote work with in-office collaboration. You’ll have the unique opportunity to learn from and work alongside a highly knowledgeable principal and a team of seasoned engineers with decades of combined expertise.


As an EIT, you will contribute to projects involving steel, wood, mass timber, concrete, and/or CLT design, gaining valuable hands-on experience. This position is ideal for someone eager to sharpen their technical skills, work on diverse and innovative projects, and advance their career in a nurturing and supportive environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and analysis of structural projects involving masonry, steel, concrete, and/or wood.

  • Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications.

  • Conduct site visits to assess and monitor construction progress.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members on various projects.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

  • EIT certification.

  • 0 - 4+ of experience in steel, wood, mass timber, concrete, and/or clt structural design.

  • Software skills AutoCad, Revit, RAM structural system, etc.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the eagerness to grow.
